GALA OCTUVRE currently ships only within the U.S. and aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.
To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

GALA OCTUVRE believes that good things take time and takes a limited quantity production/made-to-order approach. For this reason, the shipping time may take longer depending on availability and the kind of production process for the item(s) desired.
Typically allow for your order to be ready within 5-10 business days and then allow for your shipment to arrive within 3-5 business days after. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit or sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
