RETURN POLICY

GALA OCTUVRE currently ships only with the U.S. and aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.


Please note - customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Store credit for the webshop will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

U.S. customers can begin their return process here.

Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

- Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Items are sold in limited quantities/made to order and shipping time may take longer for exchanges to be completed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are made to order and in limited quantities.


Typically allow for your order to be ready within 5-10 business days and then allow for your shipment to arrive within 3-5 business days after. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
